Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is often compared to a hike. You've set a goal and chosen a mountain peak. I'm the mountain guide who will show you different routes, provide the equipment, and secure you with a climbing rope. Nevertheless, you decide which path we choose and at what pace we undertake our journey together.

Psychotherapy is a legally recognized treatment method that can help with difficult life situations and mental illnesses. Behavioral therapy, as a form of psychotherapy, is scientifically based. Specifically, this means that we examine your symptoms together, including their origins and persistence. We address your feelings, thoughts, and behavior. The goal is to alleviate suffering, activate resources, and improve your quality of life. Regardless of the interventions we use, your well-being is our top priority.

If you still have questions or are unsure whether this method is the right one, please feel free to write to me.
